This Purchasing Policy outlines the terms governing purchases on the Kenilworth Place website and applies to U.S. domestic orders only. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set out in our Terms of Use. This Purchasing Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Use.

Payment Options

  • All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars.

  • We accept payment via PayPal, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

  • Credit card payments are authorized at checkout, but your card will not be charged until your order ships.

  • Debit-only cards are not accepted. Credit cards that double as debit cards may be used, but are processed as credit transactions.

Kenilworth Place is prohibited under U.S. law from selling to individuals or entities on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals List, or to countries sanctioned by the U.S. Any such orders will be declined.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. The tax shown at checkout is an estimate and may be adjusted when your order ships.

Price Adjustments

We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If the correct price of a product is higher than listed at checkout, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order. If the correct price is lower, we will refund you the difference.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number. Please reference this number when contacting us about your order.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to limited availability, a pricing error, or another issue, you will be notified and will not be charged for the item(s).

Product Availability

Our collections are produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. Product availability is not guaranteed, and all orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to adjust product offerings, quantities, or discontinue items without prior notice.

Product Variance

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and devices. We make every effort to present products accurately, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match in all cases.

Shipping

  • All merchandise is shipped to U.S. addresses only.

  • Orders typically ship within 2 weeks via USPS, unless otherwise stated.

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders cannot be altered once submitted.

Kenilworth Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
